Front headlight corrector height sensor (Renault Megane 2)

Removal

Disconnect the connector.



Remove the stopper and unscrew the front body height sensor mounting bolt (Fig. 7.26).

Installation

Install the sensor with the bracket on the vehicle.

Tighten the front body height sensor mounting bolt to the specified torque of 8 N·m.

Caution: Be sure to replace the stopper after each removal.

Note: The front height sensor has different electronic characteristics than the rear height sensor, so it is very important not to confuse them.

Note: The front height sensor has a yellow mark.

Perform ECU calibration.

Adjust the headlights.
