It is important to check your brake fluid level regularly, especially if you notice even a slight decrease in the efficiency of your braking system.
The level is checked with the engine turned off and the vehicle stopped on a horizontal surface.
Caution: When working in the immediate vicinity of the engine, be aware that it may be hot. Also remember that the cooling fan may start at any time. There is a risk of injury.
Checking the level
Under normal conditions, the level decreases as the brake pads wear, but it should never fall below the lower "MINI" mark on the brake fluid reservoir (1).

Note: If you notice an abnormal drop in the level, contact the manufacturer's service station.
Topping up liquid
After any work has been carried out on the hydraulic system, the fluid in it must be replaced (see the relevant chapter of this manual).
Use only fluids of grades approved by technical departments, packaged in hermetically sealed containers.
