
Remove the hub using a press, using a piece of pipe with an outside diameter of 42 mm as a mandrel.

Install the puller jaws (2) into the groove of the inner ring (3).
Press the inner bearing race out of the hub using a piece of pipe with an outside diameter of 42 mm as a mandrel.

Remove the outer ring of the hub bearing from the steering knuckle by resting a piece of pipe with an outer diameter of 75 mm against the inner ring.

Check the condition of the hub surface and the steering knuckle bore that contacts the bearing.
Replace the element if the seating surfaces have deep scratches or cracks.
Caution: To ensure normal operation of the wheel speed sensor, do not damage the sensor's market part on the bearing (3).

Position the bearing market part towards the interior of the vehicle.
Place a piece of pipe with an outer diameter of 75 mm and an inner diameter of 80 mm against the outer ring of the bearing (old bearing). Apply a pressing force of 50,000 N to ensure the bearing is correctly seated on the hub flange.
Install:
- hub, using a piece of pipe with an outer diameter of 55 mm as a mandrel;
- elastic ring in the groove on the front suspension steering knuckle.
