Remove:
- front wheel;
- brake pads;
- shoe guide;
- brake disc.
Disconnect the wires (1) from the wheel speed sensor holder.
Loosen the mounting bolt (2) of the wheel speed sensor.
Remove the wheel speed sensor from its socket.
Remove:
- nut (3) of the wheel hub using the hub lock (Rou. 604-01);
- nut for fastening the ball joint pin of the steering rod end (4).
Remove the ball joint pin of the tie rod end using a ball joint pin extractor.
Remove:
- bolt (5) of the ball end protective cover;
- protective cover of the ball tip.

Remove the mounting nut (6) of the ball joint of the headlight corrector body height sensor rod (if installed).

Loosen the nut securing the ball joint pin of the suspension arm (7). Remove the ball joint of the suspension arm from the steering knuckle.
Disconnect the wheel drive shaft from the steering knuckle using the TAV tool 1-420-01.
Loosen the mounting bolt (8) of the ABS wiring harness bracket on the shock absorber strut.
Remove the shock absorber strut mounting nuts to the steering knuckle and the steering knuckle (9).
Replace:
- tie rod end ball joint pin mounting nut;
- ball joint nut of the front suspension arm;
- front wheel hub nut;
- the lower nut securing the front shock absorber.

When installing, tighten to the required torque:
- shock absorber strut mounting bolts to steering knuckle 180 Nm;
- nut for fastening the ball joint of the front suspension arm 62 Nm;
- nut for fastening the ball joint pin of the steering rod end 37 Nm;
- wheel hub nut 280 Nm using a locking tool (Rou. 60401).
Tighten the ABS wiring harness bracket mounting bolt to the specified torque of 8 Nm.
Check wheel alignment. Adjust front suspension if necessary.
