Do not operate the anti-lock braking system unless it has been bled. If the injection pump sucks in air, it will be extremely difficult or impossible to remove.
In this regard, a hydraulic unit filled with brake fluid is supplied as spare parts.
It is best to bleed the system under pressure using a bleeder, especially after removing the ABS hydraulic unit and/or master cylinder.
Removing air using a special device
- Connect the bleeder to the brake fluid reservoir and apply 2 bar pressure
- On each wheel cylinder, attach a tube to the air bleeder fitting.
- Open the bleeder valve and press the brake pedal until bubble-free brake fluid comes out.
- Close the bleeder valve.
- The following procedure for removing air must be strictly followed
A) brake master cylinder to the right rear wheel;
b) master brake cylinder to the left rear wheel;
V) brake master cylinder to the right front wheel,
G) brake master cylinder to the left front wheel.
