To remove the radiator (on the left is a type "C" engine, on the right is a type "F" engine), you need to unscrew both mounting bolts on the left and right and remove it from the rubber supports (shown by arrows). First, drain the coolant and remove the radiator hoses at the top and bottom. Don't forget to disconnect the thermal switch and fan connectors to prevent the patch from bursting due to increased pressure. While driving, carefully monitor the coolant temperature readings and the coolant overheating warning light.

2. Drain the coolant.

3. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses.

4. Disconnect the plugs of the thermal switch and the engine cooling fan.



5. Remove the engine cooling fan with the air supply device.

6. Unscrew the radiator holder nuts on both sides at the top of its mount and tilt the holders so that the rubber radiator supports come out of them.

7. Tilt the radiator back slightly and remove it from the engine compartment.

8. When installing, ensure that the lower guide pins are correctly positioned in the rubber supports of the cross beam.
