To replace or obtain an additional remote control, contact only the manufacturer's service station.
- When replacing one of the remote controls, it is necessary to bring the car with all remote controls to a service station to initialize the entire set.
- Depending on the type of vehicle, you can use up to four remote controls.

Driver responsibility
When leaving the car, never leave the key in the ignition or the card in the passenger compartment, especially if there is a child inside (or animal). A child or animal can harm themselves or others by starting the engine, operating equipment such as power windows, or locking doors.
Remote control malfunction
Make sure that the battery is not dead, of the specified model and is correctly installed. Battery life is about two years.
Battery replacement
The remote control 2 is used to lock and unlock the car doors.
The remote control is powered by an electric battery; if signal lamp 3 does not light up, the battery must be replaced.
The key must not be used in other cases than those specified in the instruction manual (for opening bottles, etc.).
Locking/unlocking the doors
To lock or unlock the locks, press the remote control for approximately one second (signal lamp 3 will light up).
- Locking is accompanied by a double inclusion of direction indicators in the alarm mode.
Note: the direction indicators do not flash if one of the opening body elements is open or not tightly closed (side door or tailgate).
- Unlocking the door locks is accompanied by a single inclusion of direction indicators in the alarm mode.
Remote control range
The operating range depends on the surrounding conditions: handle the remote control with care to avoid unintentional unlocking or locking of the doors!
Note: Depending on the vehicle's equipment, if no doors are opened within approximately 30 seconds after the unlock signal is given from the remote control, the doors will automatically lock again.
Radio interference
If equipment operating on the same radio frequency as the remote control for your vehicle's locks is turned on near or inside the vehicle, signal transmission from the remote control may be impaired.
