- Beam nut - 55 Nm
- Wheel bolt - 90 Nm
- Nut of the upper shock absorber support - 20 Nm
- Shock absorber lower support bolt - 105 Nm
Removing
1. Put the car on a lift.
2. Remove rear wheels.
3. Press a brake pedal and fix it in this position.
4. Disconnect the brake pipes from the wheel cylinders.
5. Disconnect the brake force compensator rod from the rear axle beam.
6. Inside: Loosen the parking brake cable adjustment nut.
7. Under vehicle: remove two heat shields and disconnect two cables from body (A) parking brake.
8. Turn away nuts of fastening of suspension arms (IN) without removing pins.
9. Place a hydraulic jack under the axle beams.
10. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the bottom support of one shock-absorber.
Note. To facilitate removal of the bolt, lift the axle beam with a lever.
11. Remove suspension spring.
Note. Before removing the second shock absorber support bolt, two people must hold the axle beam in place: after removing the bolt, the axle is unstable.
12. Turn away six nuts of fastening of a support of a beam to a body.
13. Carefully lower the axle assembly.
Installation
1. Move the axle assembly under the attachment points to the body. Check finger direction (A) axle support: the finger must be pointing up.
2. While tilting the axle beam, install the suspension springs and the bolts of the lower shock absorber mount (work is carried out by two people).
3. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
