Removing
Place the car on a two post lift.
Disconnect the wires from the battery terminals, starting with the negative terminal.
Remove:
- upper engine covers;
- front wheels;
- engine undertray protection;
- fenders.
Disconnect:
- wiring harness for fog lights (if they are installed);
- fluid supply pipes for headlight washers (if they are installed).
Remove the bumper.

Disconnect both connectors, disconnect the hood lock cable, remove the holder and unscrew the radiator mounting bolt (pic. 2.280).
Disconnect the fluid supply pipes to the windshield washer.

Remove the bumper guard (pic. 2.281).
Drain the coolant by disconnecting the outlet hose from the radiator.
Disconnect the supply hose from the radiator.
Disconnect the hoses connecting the radiator to the expansion tank.
Disconnect the wiring harness from the electric fan.

Disconnect the air cooler supply line (pic. 2.282)

Disconnect the air-to-air cooler outlet pipe (pic. 2.283)
Remove the air cooler.
Disconnect the condenser from the radiator.
Remove the radiator.
Disconnect the engine cooling fan from the radiator.
Installation
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
Torque tighten (5.5 Nm) air cooler hose clamp.
To install elastic clamps, use elastic clamp pliers (Mot. 1202-01).
Attention! When performing the operation, take care not to damage the fins of the cooling units (radiator, condenser).
Attach the wires to the battery terminals, starting with the positive terminal.
