The correction value is close to 1. and the extreme values are 0.75 and 1.25.
Adaptive mixture composition correction allows you to adjust the injection algorithm so as to obtain the mixture composition correction value equal to 1.
The idle correction value is close to 0, and the limit values are -11% and +11%.
Adaptive corrections take 1 and 0 as the mean after initialization (erasing information from memory) and have the following extreme values.
Conditions
Hot engine (coolant temperature above 70°C and air temperature below 55°C).
Turn off the absorber by disconnecting the wiring harness from the solenoid valve, or shut off the fuel vapor supply pipe to the engine.
Do not exceed throttle opening angle relative to engine speed (see table).
Pressure range passed during the test
After this test, the correction values become valid.
The test should be continued on the move, driving 8 normal conditions at constant and variable speed for a distance of 5-10 km.
After the test, check the correction values. The initial values of 1 and 0 should have changed. Otherwise, repeat the test, strictly observing the conditions for its implementation.
Interpretation of values obtained during road tests
With a lack of gasoline, the regulation of the composition of the working mixture (in PR 35) is increased in such a way as to obtain the composition of the mixture as close as possible to 1. In this case, the adaptive correction of the composition of the working mixture is increased so. so that the value of the correction of the mixture composition fluctuates around 1. With an excess of fuel, everything happens the other way around.
