Removal



Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.

Disconnect the battery. Remove:
  • engine Top Covers;
  • battery;
  • shelf for the battery.

Remove:
  • nuts 1 for fastening the injection system ECU;
  • nut 2 for fastening the ECU wiring harness holder.

Move aside:
  • Injection system ECU;
  • injection system wiring harness 3 from electric fan 4.

Disconnect the engine cooling system electric fan connectors.

Remove:
  • engine oil pan protection;
  • protection under the front bumper.

Remove the engine cooling system radiator mounting pins.



Slightly lift the radiator assembly with the condenser.

Insert a spacer between the radiator and the radiator mounting crossmember.

Attention! Do not damage the cooling fins (radiator, condenser, etc.) when performing work.

Unscrew the mounting bolts 5 of the immersion heater housing bracket on the crossbar for installing the radiator.

Move the immersion heater housing together with the bracket to the side.

Disconnect the electric fan connectors.

Disconnect and move aside the wiring harness of the 6 electric fans.

After lifting the electric fans, disconnect them from the cooling system radiator together with the condenser.

Attention! And don't damage the cooling fins (radiator, condenser, etc.) when performing work.




Remove the electric fans through the bottom.

Installation



Install the electric fans on the engine cooling system radiator together with the condenser.

Note: Be sure to check the reliability of the fastening of the electric fan unit on the radiator of the engine cooling system assembled with the condenser.


Attention! Do not damage the cooling fins (radiator, condenser, etc.) when performing work.


Secure the wiring harness to the electric fan.

Connect the electric fan connectors.

Install:
  • immersion heater housing;
  • immersion heater body mounting bolts.

Remove the spacer between the radiator and the crossmember to install the radiator.

Lower the radiator assembly into its proper position.

Install:
  • radiator mounting pins for cooling system;
  • protection under the front bumper;
  • engine oil pan protection; upper engine covers.

Connect the battery.
