Remove:
- engine oil pan protection,
- left front wheel;
- left front fender liner;
- battery;
- shelf for the battery.
Disconnect the main connector (1) from the automatic transmission.
Install the hose pliers (Ms. 583) onto the cooling system hoses (2) of the automatic transmission oil cooler.
Using the remote grip pliers for elastic hose clamps (Mot. 1448), disconnect the clamps (3) on the cooling system hoses from the automatic transmission oil cooler.
Remove:
- bolts (4) for securing the automatic transmission oil cooler;
- oil cooler with pipelines;
- automatic transmission oil cooler gasket.

Loosen the clamps (5) of the oil supply and outlet hoses of the gearbox oil cooler.
Disconnect the transmission oil cooler hoses.
Install two plugs on the transmission oil cooler oil inlet and outlet hoses.
Clean the mating surfaces with cleaner.
Lubricate the gasket with automatic transmission fluid (CVT). Be sure to replace the automatic transmission oil cooler gasket and automatic transmission oil filter.
Install the parts in reverse order.
Tighten the automatic transmission oil cooler mounting bolts to the specified torque of 4.2 Nm.
