Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
Disconnect the battery.
Remove:
- front wheels and fairing under the engine;
- radiator trim;
- the front part of the mudguards.
Disconnect the wiring harness from the fog lights.

Remove the two bolts 1 fastening, the bumper, moving it forward, disconnecting the headlight washer tube if there is one.

Remove the two upper bumper guides A. Disconnect the holder B from each headlight unit.
Remove:
- three bolts for fastening 2 each headlight;
- both headlights by disconnecting their connectors.
Note: After installing the headlights, you need to adjust them:
- place the car on a level surface;
- set the corrector knob to 0;
- perform adjustment.
If the vehicle is equipped with xenon headlights, it is necessary to initialize the system and adjust the headlights (see chapter "Xenon headlights, system initialization").
Attention! For headlights equipped with xenon lamps, it is prohibited to turn on the lamp if it is not installed in the headlight unit (dangerous for eyesight).

Remove nine bolts 3 securing the upper cross member.
Disconnect the hood lock drive rod and remove the upper cross member.
Disconnect the air supply and exhaust pipes from the cooler.

Remove:
- 4 air conditioning condenser brackets and move the condenser aside if there is one;
- air-to-air cooler by disconnecting its lower part from the spring holders.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Adjust the headlights.
