On-vehicle adjustment (with F9Q 754 engine)
When checking the calibration pressure, it may be necessary to additionally adjust the length of the stem of the boost pressure control valve A (when boost pressure is out of tolerance).
Adjustment is carried out without removing the turbocharger on the F9Q 754 engine, and after removing the turbocharger on the F9Q 750 engine.
Disconnect the rod 1 and release the lever A of the regulator.
Hold the stem on the side of the boost pressure control valve with 2 pliers.
Loosen the locknut, then unscrew or screw in the threaded tip.
Check the result of the adjustment during a road test by checking the parameters «Boost pressure control valve cyclic opening degree» and «boost pressure» using diagnostic tools.
