Help with a faulty turn signal relay
With a defective light relay, continuing the journey is a certain danger, because in dense traffic and, above all, in the dark, your intention to turn may not be understood by other road users.
1. The relay is located on the relay panel in the fuse box.
2. Lower the fuse box.
3. Pull the light relay out of the relay panel.
4. Install a jumper between terminals 1 and 2 (the relay is labeled). To do this, in the contact sockets in the relay holder (these terminals are opposite each other), insert a paperclip or thin wire and crimp.
5. Replace the relay.
6. When the turn signal lever is depressed, the turn signal lights on one side of the vehicle are constantly lit.
7. By turning the turn signal lever on and off, simulate the flashing of the turn signal lights.
