
Removal the front bumper
1. If necessary, unscrew the license plate.
2. Remove the fog lights, if equipped.
3. Remove the radiator grille.
4. Remove both mounting screws on the right and left of the light.
5. Remove the side mudguard behind the shock absorber by unscrewing the 2 screws in the wheel arch and the screw (SW 10) on the inner side of the wing.
6. Remove the mounting screws on the right and left in the engine compartment.
7. Loosen both frame support bolts below the shock absorber.
8. Disconnect the shock absorber from the wing and remove it.
9. When centering the shock absorber horizontally, it must be installed in such a way that there is a uniform gap between it and the body.
10. The further installation procedure was described above.
Removal the rear bumper
1. Remove the wheel housing splash guard (one screw (T20) on the housing, one at an angle to the shock absorber and one on the inside of the fender).
2. In the trunk, on the left, remove the side compartment for the warning triangle (3 T20 screws).
3. Unscrew the left and right side mounting bolts (SW 10) of the shock absorber.
4. Remove the trunk lid lock clamp and unscrew the central mounting bolt (SW 10) of the bumper.
5. Loosen one screw (SW 10) on both sides of the cross beam.
6. Disconnect the license plate light contacts.
7. Carefully remove the bumper by moving it upwards and towards yourself with the help of an assistant.
8. When installing the bumper, tighten all fasteners and clamps.
9. Center the bumper and tighten the fasteners and clamps.
