Front, rear and side windows (Renault 19)
The Renault 19 has a windshield made of laminated safety glass, which does not break into thousands of small pieces when damaged, but simply cracks in one or more places. The windshield, rear window and other fixed glass are glued to the body. Due to this, the Renault 19 glass is a structural element and is included in the calculation of the body strength. For the car owner, this means that in case of damage to the glued glass, it is necessary to contact a car repair shop.
