Removing
Place the car on a two post lift.
Install a pedal hold tool on the brake pedal to reduce the amount of brake fluid escaping.
Remove the engine top cover (if she is).
Remove the mounting brackets (1) noise protection (if she is).
Loosen the noise absorbing material to the side to gain access to the piping.
Unscrew fittings (2) brake pipelines on the hydraulic block.
Remove two holders (3) soundproofing of the front panel.
Bend back the noise protection to access the pipe fittings under the body.
Disconnect the brake lines from the mounting bracket (4).
Unscrew fittings (5) pipelines on the hydroblock.
Remove the brake pipelines installed between the hydraulic unit and fittings under the bottom of the body.
Installation
Establish brake pipelines between the hydroblock and unions under the bottom of a body.
Wrap:
- unions of brake pipelines from the hydroblock,
- unions of fastening of brake pipelines under a body.
Torque tighten:
- unions of fastening of brake pipelines to the hydroblock (14 Nm),
- unions of fastening of brake pipelines under a body (14 Nm).
Install the noise absorbing material on the bulkhead.
Install:
- soundproofing brackets (if she is).
- engine top cover (if she is).
Remove the retainer to hold the pedal depressed.
Remove air from the brake system.
