Versions
The vehicle can be equipped with three types of power window switches on the driver's door:
- for power windows on the driver's and passenger's doors;
- for the driver's electric power window and the front passenger's conventional power window;
- for power windows on the driver's and front passenger's doors.
The vehicle may be equipped with two types of power window switches on the passenger door:
- for a conventional power window;
- for an impulse window regulator.
All rear door window switches are pulse type.
Conventional power window
Power to the power window motors is supplied through a switch, which also reverses the polarity of the supply voltage (to raise or lower the glass).
Pulse power window
The power window switch has the following positions:
- first fixed position on the rise, connection with «weight» lifting chains (continuous rise);
- second fixed position for lifting, connection with «weight» lifting chains and lowering chains (impulse lifting to the highest position);
- first fixed position for lowering, connection with «weight» lowering chains (continuous lowering);
- second fixed position for lowering, connection with «weight» lowering chains and lifting chains (impulse lowering to the lowest position).
