Remove the engine protection.
Disconnect the drain pipe assembly (do not remove holders).
Click on the holder.
Pull the tip 1 of the drain pipe vertically.
Attention! Do not pull too hard to avoid damaging the fragile tip. Replace removed holders.
Install protective plugs B, from the kit, on the ends of the drain pipe.
If Mot. 1760 will not be installed on the injectors immediately, install protective plugs A on the drain holes of the injectors.
Remove the holders and protective plugs of the tips of the 2 tubes 3 of the tool Mot. 1760, leave plugs 4 in place.
Attach tubes 3 to nozzles (without removing the holders on the injectors):
- press holder 1 on the nozzle;
- insert tip 2 into the drain hole of the nozzle;
- do not forget to install the tip plugs 2 on the drain holes of the injectors with the holders supplied with them.
Remove plugs 4.
Immerse the ends of the tubes in the beakers of tool Mot. 1760. which are taken from adaptation Mot. 1711.
Make quantity measurements. returned from the fuel injectors.
Removing tool Mot. 1760
Attention! Use wiping cloths to remove spilled fuel stains.
Disconnect tube 3 from the injector:
- press holder 1 on the nozzle;
- pull the tip vertically 2 tubes 3 tool Mot. 1760 by applying a cloth to tip 2 to prevent fuel from spilling.
Raise nozzle 2 vertically so that the fuel flows from the pipes into the beakers of tool Mot. 1760.
Remove the other 3 tubes in the same way. Remove plugs 2 from the drain fuel line.
Attach the fuel drain line assembly to the injectors.
Remove any spilled fuel stains with wiping cloths.
