8.2 Mark the mounting position of the mounting bolts of both hinges and the hinges themselves by tracing them at the contact point with a felt-tip pen (see arrows)
3. Remove the four bolts securing both hinges to the hood, having an assistant hold the hood(see arrows in illustration 8.2).
If the hinge is disconnected, unscrew bolt A and unscrew nut B (see illustration 8.2). Let's take off the fairing.
4. Remove the hood lock, having first marked the mounting position of the fastening nuts A with a felt-tip pen (see illustration), and then unscrew them and disconnect the drive cable from the lock. Before removing the hood lock, dismantle the radiator grille.

Installation
5. Put the hood back in place and adjust it in the hinges, using the marks made before dismantling as a guide.
6. Tighten the hood hinge mounting bolts.
7. Connect the windshield washer hose.
Installation and fitting of a new hood
8. Remove the washer jets from the old hood and install them on the new one.
9. Install and secure the new hood with bolts without installing the lock on it.
10. Loosen the bolts, close the hood and in this position adjust it so that the gap between the hood and the right and left wings is the same and runs parallel.
11. Carefully lift the hood and tighten the mounting bolts.
12. Fully screw in the four rubber bonnet bumpers located at the front on the right and left sides.
13. Secure the lock drive cable and install the lock.
14. Unscrew the buffers so that after closing the hood is under slight tension and does not lie down, but stands flush with the surface of the wings.
15. Make sure the hood latch securely holds the hood in the closed position.
16. Connect the washer fluid supply hose to the jets.
