The fuel pedal position sensors are rigidly connected to the latter. To replace the sensor, you need to replace the fuel pedal.
There are two types of pedals: With or without a switch.
Vehicles equipped with a speed controller/limiter are equipped with an accelerator pedal with a switch at the end of the stroke (kick-down).
This switch is used to cancel the speed limit mode if the driver needs to increase it.
Attention! It is possible to install a pedal with a switch at the end of the stroke instead of a pedal without a switch. On the contrary, it is prohibited to install a pedal without a switch at the end of the stroke instead of a pedal with a switch.
Removal
Disconnect the battery.
Disconnect the throttle pedal connector 1.
Remove the three mounting bolts 2 and the pedal.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Assigning contacts
1 - "mass" of conductive track 2.
2 - "mass" of conductive track 1.
3 - signal of conductive track 1.
4 - power supply for conductive track 1.
5 - power supply for conductive track 2.
6 - signal of conductive track 2.
Note: If the accelerator pedal position sensor is faulty, the idle speed or engine operating mode changes.
