Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
Remove:
- two bolts securing the power steering reservoir;
- right front fender liner;
- accessory drive belt.
Install pliers Mot. 453-01 on the supply pipe.
Disconnect the high pressure supply line. Take measures to collect the oil.
Unscrew the three pump mounting bolts and remove it.
Installation
Install in the reverse order of removal, maintaining belt tension.
Fill the system with fluid and remove air. To do this, turn the steering wheel from one extreme position to the other with the engine running.
