Replacing the power steering pump pulley (Renault Fluence 1)

Remove the power steering pump.

Use a press with a jaw puller.

Press the pulley on using the tool (Dir. 1083-01) (1) until the pressing size is obtained (generously lubricate the threads and bearing surface of the pulley).

Maintain the pulley pressing size, X = 25.4 mm ±0.4.
