Removal
1. Remove the power steering pump drive belt.
2. Remove the pulley (three mounting bolts).
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Follow the belt tensioning procedure (see chapter "Maintenance").

E7J engine without air conditioning
Necessary equipment
- Dir. 1083 Device for installing the power steering pump pulley.
- B. Vi 22-01 + B.Vi 47 Device for removing the power steering pump pulley.
Removal
1. Place the removed pump in a vice and remove the pulley using tool B.Vi. 22-01+B.Vi. 47.
Installation
1. Install the pulley using tool Dir. 1083.
2. Press the pulley until dimension X = 34.7 mm ±0.2 is obtained.
