Replacing the power steering pump pulley (F9Q-F4P engines) (Renault Laguna 2)

Removal

Depending on the design, press the pulley, having previously marked the size relative to the end of the shaft.

Use a press with a puller type FACOM U 53T.

Installation

Press the pulley using the Dir. 1083-01 tool until the size marked during removal is obtained (generously lubricate the threads and bearing surface on the pulley).

Observe the pulley insertion depth. X = 31.65±3 mm.
