Crankshaft oil seal flywheel side
Remove the crankshaft oil seal (1) using a screwdriver and a wooden block, being careful not to damage the crankshaft seating surface.

Degrease and clean the crankshaft mating surface with cleaner.
Install the sleeve (2) of the crankshaft rear oil seal press-fitting tool (Mot. 1791).
Tighten the mounting sleeve bolts (3).

Install the new crankshaft oil seal (4) onto the installation sleeve for pressing.
Install the pusher (5) of the tool (Mot. 1791).
Tighten the pusher screw (6).
Remove:
- pusher;
- mounting sleeve bolts;
- mounting sleeve.

Crankshaft oil seal on the timing drive side
Remove the front crankshaft oil seal (1) using a screwdriver.

Note: Mark the installation direction of the crankshaft oil seal.
Degrease and clean the crankshaft mating surface with cleaner.
Fit the new front crankshaft oil seal (2) onto the front crankshaft oil seal press tool (Mot. 1790) (3).

Install the drift onto the block with a new front crankshaft oil seal.
Align the groove (4) of the mandrel with the crankshaft key.
Tighten the old crankshaft pulley mounting bolt (5).

Tighten the crankshaft pulley mounting bolt until the bearing surface of the crankshaft front oil seal press-in tool (Mot. 1790) contacts the timing belt cover.
Remove all hardware. Make sure the front crankshaft oil seal is installed correctly.
