The windshield wiper and washer control lever is located on the right side of the steering column and moves in a plane parallel to the steering wheel. The windshield wipers and washer operate when the ignition is on.
Windscreen wiper
In frosty weather, before turning on the windshield wipers for the first time, you should check whether the brushes are frozen.
The windshield wiper and washer control lever can be set to the following positions (see picture)
Windscreen wiper and washer control lever positions: 0 - off; 1 - intermittent movement of brushes; 2 - slow movement of brushes; 3 - fast movement of brushes; 4 - headlight washer and wiper (only with headlights on); 5 - rear window wiper; 6 - rear window washer; 7 - adjustment of intermittent movement of brushes
- position (0): off;
- position (1): intermittent movement of the brushes. In this position of the switch, the wiper blades stop for a while between two subsequent strokes. The duration of the stop time of the brushes can be adjusted by turning the adjusting central ring of the lever. Turning the ring upward increases the pause time;
- position (2): slow continuous movement of brushes;
- position (3): fast continuous movement of the brushes.
Note: When the ignition is switched off and the windshield wipers are operating, the windshield wiper blades may stop in any position. To stop the blades in their original position, set the windshield wiper switch lever to position (0) before switching off the ignition.
Windshield washer
To turn on the windshield washer, move the lever toward the steering wheel, regardless of what position the lever is in.

If necessary, use a pin to adjust the direction of the liquid jets supplied to the glass. In summer, add a special cleaning agent to the liquid, and in winter, add an antifreeze agent.
Headlight washer
The headlight washer operates only when the headlights are on and the windshield washer is operating.
Rear window wiper
To turn on the rear window wiper, turn the ring located at the end of the wiper handle until the mark aligns with the first symbol.
Rear window washer
To turn on the rear window washer with the ignition on, turn the rear window wiper ring located at the end of the switch lever until the mark on the ring aligns with the second symbol on the lever. After releasing the ring, it will automatically return to the rear window wiper position.
Note: Depending on the vehicle's equipment, while the rear window wiper is operating, opening the rear door or rear window will stop the windshield washer operation.

Windscreen washer fluid reservoir cap location
The windshield washer fluid reservoir is located in the engine compartment near the left wing. Depending on the vehicle model, it also supplies the headlight washer fluid.
In summer, add a special detergent to the liquid, and in winter, add a product that prevents the liquid from freezing.
