Checking the tightness of the wheel mounting bolts (Renault 19)

After installing the wheel, drive a few kilometers, stop and check whether all the wheel mounting bolts are tightened correctly. The bolts should be tightened to a torque of 80 Nm, so do not tighten them even more with an extended wrench. Too much or uneven tightening of the wheel mounting bolts leads to the fact that the brake discs or brake drums are deformed. This leads to uneven distribution of braking force, brake vibration and spot wear of the tires.
