Replacing the primary shaft seal (Renault Symbol 1)
It is impossible to replace the seal without disassembling the gearbox, since the guide sleeve of the clutch release bearing is pressed into the housing and is removed inside the gearbox. Due to these considerations, it is better to entrust the replacement of the seal to specialists.
