Engine oil pressure warning light

The indicator lamp lights up after the ignition is turned on and goes out after the engine starts. If the lamp does not light up after the ignition is turned on, it means that its operation is disrupted or the lamp has burned out. If the indicator lamp lights up while driving, you must stop, turn off the engine and check the oil level in the engine:
  • if the oil level is normal, check the lubrication system;
  • if the warning light is on even though the engine oil level is normal, you should not continue driving as the engine will be seriously damaged.

  • if the parking brake is applied when the ignition is turned on. After releasing the parking brake lever, the indicator lamp should go out;
  • if the brake fluid level in the brake system reservoir is low.

If the indicator lamp lights up and the drive belt is in good condition, you can continue driving to the nearest service center to check the charging system. To reduce the discharge of the battery, turn off all secondary consumers of electricity.

Anti-lock braking system "ABS" indicator light

The indicator lamp warns of a malfunction in the anti-lock braking system. The indicator lamp lights up for 2 seconds after the ignition is switched on or when the engine is started and goes out after the automatic system operability check is complete. If the indicator lamp does not light up within a few seconds after the ignition is switched on, does not go out, or lights up while driving, the ABS is faulty. If the anti-lock braking system indicator lamp lights up while driving, the vehicle's braking system functions without the anti-lock braking system. In the event of malfunctions in the anti-lock braking and braking systems, which are signaled by the indicator lamps when braking, premature locking of the rear wheels is possible. It is necessary to immediately and with extreme caution proceed to the nearest service center to eliminate the malfunction.
