Locking and unlocking doors from the outside
In some cases, the Renault card may not work if:
- the car is in an area of strong electromagnetic interference;
- another radio device operates on the card frequency (for example, a mobile phone);
- the Renault card battery is discharged, the battery is discharged, etc.
In this case, you can:
- open the front left door with the spare key (depending on the vehicle configuration, it is inserted into the card or located separately from it);
- lock each door manually;
- use the central lock button 8 in the car interior (see the section "Unlocking/locking doors from the inside").
Lift cover A of the front left door by inserting the tip of the spare key into recess 1.
Insert key 2 into the lock and lock or unlock the door.

Locking doors manually
With the door open, turn screw 1 (using a suitable tool, such as a flat-head screwdriver) and close the door.
Now it is impossible to open the door from the outside.
It only opens from the inside.
