
Removal
After removing the roof trim and folding down all seat backs, remove the twelve mounting bolts A.
Disconnect the four water drain pipes B.

Together with an assistant:
- remove the four bolts securing the center crossmember;
- remove the sunroof through the rear of the vehicle.
Installation

Before installing the sunroof, release the sliding panel fasteners.
With the help of an assistant, install the unit, then insert the bolts A (M5 hex head 8), then D (M8 bolt) on each side without tightening them.

Centre the roof hatch using two (10mm) diameter rods in the E holes located at the ends of the crossbar.
Tighten first the four D bolts (M8) of the central cross member, then the E bolts of the roof hatch (m5 hex head bolt for 8) tightening them crosswise.
Note: Check the installation of the drain tubes on the sunroof drive mechanism.
If bolt E (M5 hex head 8mm) it doesn't tighten, you can insert it into another hole.
Use the hole provided nearby.

Tightening torques
Bolt D for fastening the bracket to the drive mechanism (M8): 21 Nm.
Bolt E for fastening the drive mechanism (M5, 8mm hex head): 4±20% Nm.
Bolt F for fastening the bracket to the longitudinal profile of the edge of the body roof (Mb) 8 mm.
After installing the sunroof drive mechanism:
- adjust the sliding panel;
- check the movement and tightness of the roof hatch;
- install the upholstery.
