Removal
Remove the sunroof control unit.
Remove the interior light.
Disconnect the two motor connectors.
With the key (4mm hexagon) turn bolt A to close the sliding panel (if it is open).
Remove the three Torx (T20) mounting bolts, then remove the electric motor through the opening of the interior light.
Installation
In the event of a battery disconnection, electrical fault or work on the sunroof, the system operates only in manual mode with jerky movement.
Initialization procedure
Set the switch to the maximum opening position.
Long press the switch (8 for at least two seconds) and hold it down.
The electric motor moves the hatch in a step-by-step mode until it opens, then lowers it a few centimeters.
Release the switch.
Press the switch again and hold it down (releasing the switch during the execution of cycles will cause a stop, after which the operations must be repeated).
The sunroof performs a complete opening and closing cycle.
Note: The time between two initialization procedure operations must not exceed five seconds, otherwise the electronics will proceed to a new initialization cycle.
