Removal



After removing the inner lining, remove the inner sealing profile strip of glass A and the glass holder B.

Remove the glass from the window lifter drive slider shaft

Lower the glass to the bottom of the door frame

Remove the two lower C-strut mounting bolts.

Remove the two lower C-strut mounting bolts.


Remove:
  • not fully guided door groove;
  • fixed D-pillar upper mounting bolt (Torx T x 20mm) turn it around (1/4 turn), to extract the door from the frame;
  • drop glass;
  • fixed glass, being careful not to pinch the outer sealing profile strip of the glass.




Installation



Check the installation of the two E-clamps of the inner lining before installing the fixed glass.

Then proceed in the reverse order of removal.

Note: The fixed glass can only be removed after the lowering glass has been removed.
