Stuck when shifting gears
With this malfunction, one or more points of resistance are felt, overcoming which the movement of the lever stops, or at least slows down. The malfunction appears haphazardly, this applies to both gears and the frequency of occurrence. The fault most often appears on a cold gearbox (aggravating factor), for example, on the first kilometers of a car trip (off the freeway).
Shifting with sticking when shifting to higher or lower gears (transfer).
Spontaneous transmission shutdown
With this malfunction, one or more gears are switched off without affecting the gear lever.
This usually only happens in one of the following cases:
- at steady engine speed;
- during acceleration;
- when slowing down;
- when releasing the accelerator pedal.
Note. The transmission can be disengaged at the moment of changing the direction of the engine torque or at steady engine speed.
Gears are hard to shift or won't shift (gear selected)
With this malfunction, a noticeably increased resistance to gear shifting (difficult inclusion) or the transmission does not turn on (unable to transfer).
This occurs when shifting gears after selecting a gear (if all the conditions for normal gear engagement are present: the clutch is disengaged, the gear is selected, etc.).
Shift actuator blocked or inoperative
With this fault, the transmission does not engage or disengage on one or more lines (from the beginning of the lever movement and in the switching direction) or the gear is engaged, but the vehicle behaves as if the transmission was in neutral.
This happens when all the conditions for a normal gear change are present: the clutch is disengaged, the gear is selected, etc.
