Automatic transmission oil pan
Remove the engine undertray.
Drain the oil from the automatic transmission.
Remove:
- bolts for fastening the oil pan (1);
- automatic transmission oil pan (2);
- laying of the pallet crankcase;
- pan magnets.
When installing, torque tighten the automatic transmission oil pan bolts to 8 Nm.
Install the parts in reverse order.
Hydraulic valve
Remove:
- fastening bolts (1) oil receiver,
- oil receiver (2) and sealing ring.
Remove:
- bracket mounting bolts (3) from the hydraulic distributor block;
- bracket (4);
- selector lever nut (5);
- shift lever (6).
Disconnect connectors (7).
Install round rod (8) 3 mm diameter (length not less than 55 mm) into the locking hole of the hydraulic distributor block rod to block the pulley rod (9).
Remove:
- hydraulic distributor mounting bolts (10);
- hydraulic distributor (11);
- gear shaft ring;
- spool (12).
Remove:
- gasket (13) between the crankcase and the hydraulic distributor;
- round rod with a diameter of 3 mm (length not less than 55 mm) from the locking hole of the thrust of the regulator block.
Remove:
- draft of the block of the hydrodistributor, having lifted it up;
- return spring (14) valve. Clean the mating surfaces on the automatic transmission and hydraulic distributor housing with a cleaner.
Be sure to replace:
- hydrodistributor housing seal;
- hydraulic distributor sealing rings;
- wiring seal. Install the parts in reverse order.
Torque tighten the hydraulic distributor mounting bolts 8 Nm.
Torque tighten the oil receiver mounting bolts 8 Nm. Torque tighten the selector lever nut 22 Nm.
