Removal
Removal of the cooling system components kit together with the radiator of the Z7X engine is similar to the procedure for the F3R engine, except for the following differences:
- the thermal switch is located on the right side of the radiator;
- due to the large engine dimensions, access to the water separator tank mounting bolt is limited.
Installation
- Installation is carried out by two people, in the reverse order of removal.
- If necessary, lubricate the upper rubber mounts on the headlight mounting panel.
- Fill the air conditioning system with refrigerant and the engine cooling system with coolant.
- Install the battery and connect the wires to the battery terminals.
- Bleed the cooling system and check for leaks in the engine cooling and air conditioning systems.
