Ignition coils (Renault Duster 1)

Tightening torques: Ignition coil mounting bolts - 14 Nm.

Removal

Disconnect the wire connectors (1) from the ignition coils.

Remove:

• ignition coil mounting bolts (2),
• ignition coils.

Installation

Be sure to replace the ignition coil mounting bolts.

Replace the ignition coil seals if necessary.

When installing high-tension wires, be sure to apply a bead of FLUOSTAR 21, 2 mm in diameter, around the inner circumference of the high-tension wire caps on the spark plug and ignition coil side.



Install:

• ignition coils,
• bolts for mounting the new ignition coil.

Tighten the ignition coil mounting bolts to the specified torque (14 Nm).

Connect the ignition coil connectors.
