Removing
Place the car on a two post lift.
Install a pedal hold down tool on the brake pedal to stop brake fluid from escaping.
Remove:
- right front wheel
- engine top cover (if she is).
Unscrew the fitting (1) brake line from the brake hose.
Remove the brake pipe from the retaining bracket.
Disconnect the brake pipe from the holder (2).
Disconnect fitting (3) brake line from the master cylinder.
Remove the soundproofing brackets (if they are).
Fold back the sound deadening material (if he is).
Disconnect the brake pipeline from the holder.
Remove the brake pipe installed between the master cylinder and the right front brake hose.
Installation
Install the brake line installed between the master cylinder and the right front brake hose.
Install the brake pipe to the retaining bracket.
Fix the brake pipeline on the holder.
Screw the union of fastening of the brake pipeline to a hose of the brake mechanism of the right forward wheel.
Screw the brake pipe fitting into the master cylinder.
Torque tighten:
- The union of the brake pipeline on the main cylinder (14 Nm),
- Brake pipe fitting on brake hose (14 Nm).
Install:
- noise protection (if she is),
- noise-absorbing material holders,
- engine top cover (if she is),
- right front wheel.
Remove the retainer to hold the pedal depressed.
Remove air from the brake system.
