Description
The ignition system with static distribution of high voltage to the spark plugs is a system that allows to increase the amount of available energy at the spark plug level by eliminating all intermediate links between the spark plug and the coil.
This system also allows the elimination of all moving elements in the ignition device.
The power module is integrated into the injection system ECU. Thus, the ignition system uses the same sensors as the injection system.

Ignition coils (six, by the number of cylinders) are fixed directly to the spark plug using a screw on the cylinder head cover.
Cylinder firing order: 1-6-3-5-2-4.
The ignition coils are supplied with power one after the other through contacts A H2, A H4, A H4, A G2, A G3 and A G4 of the injection system ECU:
- contact A H2 for ignition coil cylinder 1;
- contact A NC for ignition coil cylinder 3;
- contact A H4 for ignition coil cylinder 2;
- contact A G2 for ignition coil cylinder 6;
- contact A G3 for ignition coil cylinder 5;
- contact A G4 for ignition coil of cylinder 4.
Removal the ignition coil
Disconnect the battery.

To remove the ignition coils of the rear cylinders, it is necessary to remove the intake manifold.
Disconnect the wire connectors from the ignition coils, remove the screws 2 securing the coils.
Installation
The ignition coil is installed in the reverse order of removal. Replace the coil sealing rings if necessary.
