Removal
- Removal of the cooling system kit together with the radiator of the G8T engine is similar to the procedure for the F3R engine, except for the following differences:
- to lower the cooling system components kit on a vehicle with a G8T engine, it is necessary to disconnect the oil cooler from the engine cooling system radiator without depressurizing it.
Installation
- Installation is carried out by two people, in the reverse order of removal.
- If necessary, lubricate the upper rubber mounts on the headlight mounting panel.
- Fill the air conditioning system with refrigerant and the engine cooling system with coolant.
- Install the battery and connect the wires to the battery terminals.
- Bleed the cooling system and check for leaks in the engine cooling and air conditioning systems.
