- on a car with a power window, disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery;
- remove the door trim;
- lower the glass by temporarily installing the power window handle or by connecting the connector;

- carefully remove the inner and outer seals from the window opening (pic. 9.75);

- if the old glass will be installed, mark the position of the two screws securing the glass to the power window bracket, remove the screws and carefully lower the glass into the door (pic. 9.76);

- unscrew the top bolt (pic. 9.77) and the lower nut of the rear guide channel to the door (pic. 9.78). Support the fixed glass of the door, carefully unfold the guide chute and remove it through the window opening;
- remove the sliding glass through the window opening.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Before installing the upholstery, check the operation of the power window mechanism.
