General information
The electric sunroof has two modes, implemented by the same electric motor: opening (3 positions) or movement in the longitudinal direction (6 positions).
The electric sunroof also has a trauma protection function, adjustable depending on the vehicle speed.
Please note: The anti-pinch function only works if the sunroof has been initialised correctly.
Note: Closing the hatch cover (in longitudinal or vertical directions) can be activated by long pressing (approximately 2 sec) to the locking button on the Ronault card. This signal is controlled by the UEC, provided it is correctly configured.
In this case, when the switch is in the open position, press it to return to the open position.
if the sunroof motor is faulty, the sunroof position can be changed manually using an Allen key inserted into slot C.

Operating principle
The sunroof is controlled using a switch with three adjustment positions:
- opening range (3 positions);
- longitudinal travel range (6 positions);
- shutdown.
The sunroof drive motor is activated when a permission signal is received from the UEC:
- signal "0 V": sunroof movement (opening or closing) allowed;
- signal "+12V": sunroof movement is not allowed;
- cyclic opening degree signal*. Automatic closing of the sunroof by long pressing of the button on the remote control.
