Tightening torques, Nm
- Wheel bolts 90.
- Hub nut 175.
- Air release valve 5-8.
- Bolt of fastening of the holder of a brake tube 17.
Removing
1. Remove the brake drum.
2. Remove the top return spring.
3. Remove pads.
4. Loosen the union nut of the brake tube attached to the working cylinder with a socket wrench.
5. Loosen the two bolts securing the working cylinder to the brake shield and remove the cylinder.
6. Check the condition of the pads. If there are traces of oil on them, replace them.
Installation
1. Remove dust from the working surfaces of the drum and shoe linings with a brake cleaner.
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
2. Remove air from the brake circuit.
3. Bring the brake pads into working position by repeatedly depressing the brake pedal.
4. Check the closing pressure of the brake force regulator valve of the rear brake circuit (see chapter «Maintenance»).
