Gear shift pattern
When changing gears (up and down) press the clutch pedal fully, then move the gearshift lever to the desired position. After engaging the gear, smoothly release the clutch pedal.
Start off in first gear. Then, as the car accelerates and reaches the appropriate speeds, sequentially engage second, third, fourth, fifth gears.
To engage reverse gear, move the lever first to neutral and then to the reverse gear position.
