Drain the refrigerant circuit from the filling station.
Disconnect the battery.
Remove:
- top cover of the engine;
- front wheels;
- the front of the front fender liner;
- front bumper;
- headlights;
- front bumper brackets;
- sound signal;
- front shockproof cross member;
- Hood lock.
Attention. To prevent premature breakage of the accessory drive belt, be careful not to damage the (impact, impact with a device, etc.) plastic compressor pulley.
Remove the accessory drive belt.
Loosen the mounting bolts (1) engine wiring harness troughs.
Remove:
- bottom bolts (2) fixing the front panel of the body;
- body front panel holders (3).
Remove bottom bolts (4) fastening of the front panel of the body.
Slightly tilt the front body panel towards the front of the vehicle.
Loosen the mounting bolts (6) connecting piping brackets on the compressor.
Attention. To avoid refrigerant leakage, do not damage (do not deform, bend, etc.) pipeline.
Disconnect the connecting pipes from the compressor.
Set aside the compressor connecting pipes.
Install plugs on the openings of the connecting pipelines and the compressor.
Disconnect connector (7) compressor. Loosen the mounting bolts (8) from the compressor.
Set aside the wiring harness. Remove compressor.
Attention. To prevent leaks, make sure the gasket and piping surfaces are in good condition. The gasket and surface must be clean and free from scratches.
Install the parts in reverse order.
