Tightening torques: Exhaust manifold coupling bolts - 25 Nm.
Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
Place a hydraulic jack under the intermediate pipe.
Cut the exhaust pipe using tool Mot. 1199-01 in the middle of the cutting area (4).
Remove the silent block (5) from the intermediate pipe using the tool (Mot. 1857).

Note: If the suspension cushion is damaged, it must be replaced.
Remove the intermediate pipe.
Installation
Install the intermediate pipe.
Install the exhaust pipe couplings.
Attention! Please note:
- the bolt with the coupling nut must be positioned vertically, with the nut down, to avoid contact with the body,
- the new part must be positioned so that the cutting zone marks are on the same line,
- the marks must be located on both sides of the coupling,
- do not use a used coupling.

Tighten the exhaust manifold coupling bolts to the specified torque (25 Nm).
Install the intermediate pipeline silent block.
Check:
- the presence and reliable fastening of all heat shields of the exhaust pipeline,
- no contact with the bottom of the car body.
