1. The manual transmission is equipped with four or five forward gears and reverse. All forward gears are synchronized. The main gear/differential unit is mounted in the transmission housing and is supplied with oil from a common oil pan with the gearbox (see illustrations).

2. Gear shifting is performed using a lever installed in the floor of the passenger compartment, connected by a rod-rod to the transmission drive shaft.
