The body and underbody are made from stamped steel and form a single unit, eliminating the need for a separate chassis. The range of models described includes three- and five-door hatchback versions, in addition, a van version is produced for some countries.

Various sections of the body are reinforced, which ensures even load distribution.

The front fenders of models equipped with 16-valve engines are made of a special polymer that can withstand impacts at speeds of up to 16 km/h without damage.

All new vehicles are protected from corrosion by various methods, including zinc galvanization and PVC underbody coating. The front of the hood is coated with an anti-gravel primer to prevent paint chipping and corrosion caused by stone chips. Protective wax will be injected into the hollow body elements.

Plastic is widely used in peripheral components such as the radiator grille, bumpers and wheel covers, as well as in the interior trim. Plastic components such as wheel arch liners improve the anti-corrosion properties of the body.
